This new report, produced by RECHARGE UK in association with Curzon Consulting, explores how the UK can equip its workforce for the exciting opportunities emerging in the EV sector.

It examines how the UK can ensure its workforce is prepared for, and has access to, the opportunities to learn the relevant skills needed to thrive in this dynamic field.  The recommendations made within the report have been developed with industry input and are grounded in understanding what the EV sector requires to underpin future growth with the right skills and capabilities.

This report is aimed at industry stakeholders, highlighting examples of best practice, as well as sign posting them to opportunities to engage with Government to prepare the workforce for the diverse range of roles coming out of a growing EV sector.
