EA Letter to Regulatory Stakeholders

The Environmental Agency has published a letter on the 18th of September 2020 updating regulatory stakeholders on the status of their permitting service, and on upcoming changes to the COVID-19 Regulatory Position Statements (RPSs).

The RPSs help minimize risks to the environment and human health, by adjusting regulatory compliance when, due to COVID-19, compliance may not be possible. This letter sets out which of the 14 time-limited RPSs will be extended from September onwards.
