REMA Town Hall Meeting
The REA will be holding a full member REMA ‘Town Hall style’ meeting on Thursday, 25th August 14:00 – 16:30.
This is an opportunity for ALL members to input into our REMA consultation response, as the key proposals outlined by BEIS in the consultation document will be open for discussion at the meeting. We are keen to hear from as broad a range of our membership as possible, so we encourage all interested members to attend.
Both BEIS and Ofgem have agreed to present, providing an overview of the REMA process and the proposals they are considering for market reform, including renewable energy deployment. The full agenda is provided below.
This will be a hybrid event, held at CMS offices in London with the option to attend virtually via MS Teams. Please register to join either virtually or in-person at the relevant link above.
In advance of the meeting, the REA encourage members to read our overview briefing and full chapter-by-chapter summary of the consultation here. Please do let us know if you have any questions.
