A key thing to consider will be our response to the new consultation on Recycled Carbon Fuels in the RTFO. The deadline to respond is Monday 19 September. I will circulate a draft response in advance of the meeting. Thank you for those comments already received – happy to take further comments via email or at the meeting. Most of these topics were covered in last year’s consultation, so my starting point will be our response to that.
